Marshall presents demo fuel cell system at DSEi in London
One of the largest defense exhibitions , DSEi, is arranged in London next week (September 13-16, 2011)
UK based Marshall Land Systems presents at their booth a demo of a silent diesel fuel cell generator. The generator is the first result from a industrial partnership with Nordic Power Systems (NPS), and is based on NPS’ patented cool flame reformer technology. The fuel cell system is believed to be the first of its kind. It is expected to attract potential customers across the defense industry because of its ability to produce electricity and heat from regular diesel. The system operates silently and is virtually emission free.

Cool Flame NOx cleaning system to be presented at Nor Shipping
CFT presents its brand new NOx cleaning technology at this years’ Nor Shipping
Nor Shipping is one of the largest international maritime exhibitions and takes place at Lillestrøm, Norway during May 24-27.
CFT is located in hall E, stand E 01 – 33.
The new system represents breakthrough technology and is verified by Marintek on a Rolls Royce ships engine.
The technology demonstrates 50 % NOx reduction at variable loads, even on heavy oils.
It’s all a mechanical installation, there is no extra infrastructure needed and has less volume and weight than current systems
The new CFT system requires minimal maintenance and is feasible for both new ships and retro fitting. It may be installed without docking.
